Listening.

Hi! Right now us kids are listening to my mom read Farmer Boy. Then we are going to read Pirate City! Listening to my Mom read is one of my favorite things. Just hearing about different ways people live. Like in Farmer Boy, they get up before dawn!!! That is just CRAZY!!!!!!!!! And in Pirate city, all the different kind of people in the city is amazing. At the moment The farmer boy is making ice cream, eating lots of sweets and watermelon, and he gave his pig candy! All 4 kids are at home on their own! There parents are taking a vacation for a week! Leaving the kids at home! Today I made lemon bars. They were ok. A little over done. Here is a picture I thought was pretty.
